This is a penthouse condo on the 21st (top) floor with 2 bedrooms plus a den room, 2 full bathrooms, luxury shower in the master bathroom and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. There is 1-2 assigned covered parking.

The living space is very comfortable any time of year with modern furnishings and appliances. AC units in the living room and master bedroom, which are almost never necessary due to the breezy nature of 21 stories up. There is a washer/dryer in-unit that is very nice and quiet.

The condo is fully furnished with everything you need, turnkey ready. Rent is 3,500/mo including all utilities and internet/cable except electricity.

No pets.

Owner pays water, internet, cable, trash, and sewage. Renter is responsible for electricity. Pets are unfortunately not allowed in the building. We follow the laws for service animals, of course.

    "It is so conveniently located. Easy access to shopping, businesses and the freeway. Most neighbors are friendly. Although the neighborhood is densely populated, it is still relatively quiet and peaceful. It is a very ethnically diverse neighborhood that works well blending and assimilating those cultures together. "
