Police presence 100 yards away at teen court. Do not take section 8. It used to be two apartments, that is why it has two bathrooms. Train tracks in the neighborhood. Couple miles south of Kroger.
Stove provided, if you want me to provide full size fridge, additional $10 per month. Minimum income twice the rent.
