 Central heating and air with a newer HVAC Sytem. Large backyard and plenty of parking behind the house. Has a new metal carport in the back. Fenced backyard with a small 3 foot fence surrounding the front of the houes.

Tenants pay all utilites including water, electricity, lawncare and gas. Lease terms are a minimum of 6 month to one year contracts and can be renewed. No smoking allowed inside.
