Remarkable water views, the ocean breeze and ultimate privacy define Fairfield County's most coveted location: Sasco Point. Amid this desirable and private enclave sits an architectural masterpiece. Renowned architect, Jack Franzen designed the award winning, custom modern-day Queen Anne Victorian based on the landmark Vanderbilt Shelburne Farms estate. Sited on a private lane, this special estate is close to Sasco beach, Southport Village and 50 miles from NYC. 15,000 SF on 4 levels with elevator, the home was built with the charm and warmth you would expect of an Inn. Overlooking LI Sound, the home offers magnificent water views from the moment you enter. All south facing rooms access the veranda, the stunning property, sweeping terrace, pool and enjoy breathtaking views The home's primary suite is unmatched: 2 full baths, sitting room, immense closet space, expansive deck and gorgeous views. The highest quality luxury materials were used throughout: mahogany true divided light windows, quarter sawn oak double stairway, beautiful arches, paneling, floors and more. Franzen's architecture creates an intimate feel among the multitude of formal and informal spaces, 9 bedrooms, 12 full and 2 half baths. 8 car garage (4 attached/ 4 detached). This magnificent property is ideal for entertaining family and friends, yet cozy enough to enjoy a quality of life on the water bathed in privacy. 1111 Sasco Hill offers a covetable experience that few homes anywhere offer today.

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is horrible. The students feel strongly negatively towards the curriculum and the teachers and overall experience. It seems the school is incredibly sexist against boys, and it seems it is very unfair, and does ridiculous things. In fact, just last week, a teacher called a student “mentally disabled” it occurs to me that this school is not up to standard, and a place children dread going to.Parent Review1mo ago - Roger Ludlowe Middle School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey never taught me on how to find a college for students who have autism or a disability. 3. They never taught me on how every college has different academics, Services, sports, clubs, and activities. The auditorium is way too small. You can’t fit everyone in there. Parking was just hell. There wasn’t enough spots for all students and as well they just let people who live close enough to walk drive to school and then people who don’t live close enough to walk won’t get a spot. There’s no baseball field on campus. More facilities on campus will decrease global warming as they don’t have to hire bus transportation and staying on campus burns less fossil fuels. Football season and all other fall sports start too early in the summer time and because of that sometimes people aren’t able to play since they’ll be away. No breakfast is sold at period 2 at all. Sometimes people don’t eat breakfast at all since high school starts at 7:30 pm. Don’t have enough food selections at lunchtime. Senior lounge has doesn’t have enough seats for people to sit next to friends and because of that a lot of the times I sat isolated on the benches in the senior lounge. It doesn’t feel like a new school year, it’s hard to separate others if they’re being too nonsense, not getting along with one another, causing too much trouble, and sometimes one homeroom can become more crowded than another if one student transfers to a different school or if one student transfers to FLHS because you’re locked in the same homeroom all four years of high school.Other Review3y ago - Check out schools near 1111 Sasco Hill Rd.
