About this House

Completely painted HUGE, one-bedroom, second-floor apartment. Large bedroom with walk in closet and large bathroom with old fashioned bath tub. Enjoy your own In-unit washer and dryer. This building is street parking only, located one block North of Ocean Ave where you will enjoy access to stairs leading to the beach, running and walking trails and Shoreline Village. Located between downtown Long Beach and Belmont Shore, just minutes away from great dining and entertainment and a leisurely bike ride away from the Queen Mary and The Aquarium of the Pacific.

This is a month-to-month rental; however, we do prefer that our tenants "stay a while" and make this their home. The owner pays for water and gardening, while the tenant pays for electricity, gas & refuse. Well-behaved/trained small dogs up to 20 lbs. are welcome. Cats are accepted with renters insurance only due to the original hardwood floors throughout. No smoking in building common areas, near or around neighbors' windows and doors.
