It is an excellent location for a short walk to the beach and a leisurely bike ride to Pine Ave, retro-row on 4th St, The Pike outlets and movie theaters, the Aquarium of the Pacific, and Lil Naples on 2nd St. Only one block North of Ocean Ave, where you'll have access to stairs leading to the water, bike, and walking/jogging paths.
