This is a new building, built in 2020. It is a quiet and large place. It is beautifully built with a large kitchen, cozy living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms in each apartment unit. There are only 4 apartment units. There is efficient air conditioning equipment and lighting. There are also kitchen appliances, and the kitchen is furnished with beautiful wooden cabinets. The kitchen and living room have lovely vinyl floors, the bathrooms and laundry rooms have ceramic tile flooring, and the bedrooms are covered with carpet. There is a nice Gazebo for party and play and a playground for young children. It is close to a Shopping Center, high ways 85, 985, Peach Tree Ind.Blvd. and high way 400. Bus is available. Good schools are nearby such as Buford elementary, middle, and high schools. Parking on property is available. Please call for details.

    "Exceptional festivals are always held downtown Buford by BCSS. Our Buford community center always has concerts for adults as well as other events. It’s always a sensational location to get cardio in. Our community is accommodated with a splash pad for the littles. I would love to see more for kids though— A small fair perhaps? Bouncy house event? Egg hunt during easter? An addition of swings and a slide would not be terrible. Other than that, beautiful and safe community everyone is kind and caring. "
