Our home is very nice and clean. We ask that you please treat our home with the same cleanliness and order that we and our previous tenants have demonstrated. There will be in person quarterly home inspections to assure of home maintenance of no leaks and prevetable damages. Long term tenant desired. Home warranty included for major appliance repairs. Washer and Dryer is available for home use.

The weather is influenced by the Gulf Stream, so it's always cooler (or warmer) than in nearby inland communities. While it is quiet here, there is plenty to do, especially if you like water activities, and both Wilmington and Raleigh have a lot to offer in terms of culture, concerts, and night life."
