About this House

Enjoy this beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house. Built in 2018 as the community model home, this house comes with all the extra upgrades. Large downstairs family room with vaulted ceilings, upstairs den/play room, primary bedroom on the first floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs, washer/dryer, attached two car garage, beautiful fenced backyard and a community pool.

House will be available on April 24th (possible sooner if needed). $3,200 for a one year lease or $3,050 for a 2 year lease.

Small dogs and cats are ok. We do not accept HUD vouchers.

Please do NOT disturb the current tenants.

Renter is responsible for all utilities. Owner will pay for the yard maintenance. No smoking allowed inside the house.

The weather is influenced by the Gulf Stream, so it's always cooler (or warmer) than in nearby inland communities. While it is quiet here, there is plenty to do, especially if you like water activities, and both Wilmington and Raleigh have a lot to offer in terms of culture, concerts, and night life."
