This is a town house style apartment with two bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. The kitchen, living room and 1/2 bathroom on first floor. Access to unit basement from hallway off kitchen. Full dry basement for storage. Washer/dryer hookups in basement. Gas boiler with supplemental 40 gal electric hot water heater. Currently being fully renovated, completely painted, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters, single deep farmers sink, stainless appliances, and new LVP flooring on entire first floor and upstairs bathroom. Soft carpeting in bedrooms and upstairs hallway. Sorry for limited pictures due to current renovation. Should have more added by end of week. The apartment will be available for 2/1/26. Single unattached garage bay with an additional parking spot. Small rear deck off back door, small yard. We are looking to secure an annual lease. $2000 per month plus equal for security deposit due at signing. Credit background check and proof of stable income required. No pets and no smoking please.

Renter is responsible for all utilities and weekly rubbish removal. Landlord manages landscaping. Off street parking for this unit accommodates two vehicles (one garaged and one parked in front of garage. Parking on street also available. No smoking or pets
