Walking distance to the new Trolley Yard shopping plaza. Close to WPI, Holy Cross, Worcester State, and Assumption. Very easy highway access. Apartment has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. Has a private front deck. Laundry facilities in the basement. Tenant responsible for their own electricity and for oil heat. First, last, and security deposit required. All prospective tenants will be thoroughly screened. This is a quiet building with professional adults on the first and third floors. Tenants will be expected to be quiet, clean, and respectful.
