Has a private front deck. Laundry facilities in the basement. Tenant responsible for their own electricity and for oil heat. First, last, and security deposit required. All prospective tenants will be thoroughly screened. This is a quiet building with professional adults on the first and third floors. Tenants will be expected to be quiet, clean, and respectful.
