It's a huge, 4800 square foot home with many very large common rooms including a huge game room with a pool table and 55" flat screen TV. This is a very charming and unique property.
Ideal Roommate: Quiet, considerate, clean and neat, friendly, easy going.
Rent includes: heat, hot water, electricity, wifi and cable TV, water and sewer. Washer and dryer off the kitchen.
Off street parking and snow plowing provided.

    "Nice walkways, 1-2 mile walk with sidewalks are common in our community. Drivers are courteous and yield to dog walkers. It’s a nice walk… especially in the fall when the leaves are turning color, there are maple as and oaks and ginkgo trees that are a spectacle of color. Very enjoyable."
