The kitchen includes granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. A sliding door to the fenced backyard provides great natural light throughout the kitchen/dining areas. The entire first floor has luxury vinyl plank flooring. The second floor has a large master bedroom with walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have generous closets and all 3 bedrooms have carpeting. The second floor has an updated bath with ceramic tile walls and floors. Laundry is in the full unfinished basement.

Rent is $1900/month plus tenant pays all utilities. This is a no smoking unit, no smoking of any kind. No pets. Application fee is $47 for every tenant over 18yo. plus income statements. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Unit is available 2/16/26.

Application fee is $48 per adult (anyone who is over 18). First month rent and security deposit required.

Landlord pays for trash and sewer. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.

Tenant is responsible for maintaining the yard.

Landlord does not accept Zillow applications. Application cost is $48 for each adult living in the home. Tenant must provide past 30 days paychecks to be counted toward household income. Copy of drivers license for all persons 18 years or older. Must obtain renters insurance.
