Description


West Jones High School , middle school and elementary schools are the most wanted to go to schools anywhere in Jones County. These are the best by popular opinion.
(I may be doing some remodeling/repairs if you come before I get through.)
Home electricity has a generator backup for 75% of the home for power outages from storms, etc. 2 of the 3 Central units are on the generator.
1. This home is in one of the Best areas in all of our County. It is everything good and nothing bad except it will need some upkeep work but it is not necessary to move in.
2. This is the Best priced home in all of Jones County for what you are getting. It has Approximately 7,000 sq feet with garage and basement. We are just getting to old and with health problems. We are going to downsize.
3. Our non-traditional home is at Reagan Lake subdivision. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our home is over 4000 square feet plus 2000 sq ft for the garage and 576 sq ft for the basement with a two story section. It is very large with many rooms perfectly for a large family. It has an attached double car garage with an area for our workshop. It has another room for the ladies to do other kinds of work like projects of your interest. Ot also has an underground bomb/Tornado shelter which needs up dating if you want to make it into a living area. It is concrete on all 4 sides, floor and ceiling. It is about 550 Sq feet.
4. If you want a home that is not new but well built we have that home for sale. It is made of all Cedar wood which is termite resistant. Please do not come looking for a new home because this is an older home. It was owned and re- built by a wealthy Oil man. He doubled its size 1n 1982 and the original home was built in 1979. . My insurance Company requires us to have $367,000.00 on it as replacement cost.
We have a 2.5% on the balance of our home that you may want to try to assume. If not, I can give you a Federal Credit Union that you can join and get the lowest rates that I have ever seen on the market. Banks do not usually get this low.
It has 5 bedrooms with a living room and a sitting room. Then, it has a recreational room for parties or just sitting around with a lot of friends with a wet bar. The land is 1.25 acres. We have a septic system with filtered Treatment water for the sprinklers to spread out.
Our home is not a traditional home. So, if you are looking for something different than others, we live in such a home. We love it but it is time to downsize for us in our senior years. We have lived here for 26 years.
