If you haven't figured it out yet, a big yards in Eagle River that doesn't require mountaineering equipment is tough to find. Fortunately, this home happens to have one of the few! Fully fenced with a storage and two composite decks looking towards Chugach State Park. Just as you come in the front door you'll find the carpeted living room to your immediate left with gas fireplace. Dining room and kitchen are elevated above the living room. Door from kitchen opens to the top story deck. Kitchen additionally features a custom real wood kitchen island, range hood, pantry, microwave, dishwasher, and gas range. Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs including the enormous master suite. Master looks towards the Chugach Range and bathroom features a gorgeous shower and double vanity. Downstairs is a bonus living room with wet bar and door to the first story deck. Third full bath and fourth bedroom are downstairs as well. Tall garage with entrance to the laundry and mechanical room with washer dryer hookups.
