Come stay in our big house on 2 acres in Bartonville TX. The house is in the Argyle School District, near Flower Mound, Lantana and Argyle, away from the chaos of city life, but an easy drive to Dallas, Fort Worth and Denton. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, the house is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well stocked. It is hard to describe our rental house, it is huge, quirky and fun!! A professional artist went crazy painting many of the rooms with different themes. When she moved out, we couldn't bear to paint over the amazing art, so we decided to embrace it. The big family room and kitchen is the "Ski Lodge", it has a wood burning pot belly stove and a long granite bar with bar stools separating it from the kitchen. The dining room easily seats 10 and the living room has 2 Ikea sofas that make into Queen size beds. The downstairs master bedroom is "Coney Island" with a roller coaster and Ferris wheel painted on the walls!! The second downstairs bedroom is "Hawaii"- palm trees, sandcastles, fish, the works!! Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, a huge suite with 2 queen beds, a "Flower and Butterfly room" and the "Horse and Hound room". There are 3 living areas, 4 full bathrooms with granite, (2 upstairs and 2 down) with an Instant hot water system. The master bath downstairs has a jacuzzi tub and a big two-way shower. There is patio furniture on the back porch plus a BBQ grill, fire pit and hot tub. All the carpeting, mattresses and bedding are new as well as the dishwasher, washer and dryer. There is a 2-car garage, and the front gate to the property opens with a remote.
All utilities and lawn maintenance are provided by owner. No smoking. No pets unless included in the lease. Verifiable income of 2x the rent is required.
