Argyle Intermediate School

I have a minority child in this school and I would not recommend sending your minority child. He has been bullied for the color of his skin, his self-esteem is at an all time low, and he is discriminated against.

When I first stepped into Liberty Christian, I was filled with hope and eager to discover a supportive community rooted in faith. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but uplifting. The bullying I’ve endured has been profoundly painful and isolating. What started as whispers and snickers quickly escalated, leaving me feeling like a stranger in a school that claims to embody values of love and compassion. My coaches told me it would take a year for me to fit in and find my place. That is simply unacceptable! The mean girls here are far worse than at any other school I have attended.It seems that the administration prioritizes protecting affluent families over addressing the real suffering of students. This glaring absence of genuine Christian values is disheartening; instead of fostering kindness and support, the atmosphere often promotes competition and judgment.Students from wealthy families can easily evade the consequences of their actions, intensifying the struggles for those of us who feel marginalized. The lack of accountability is perplexing—especially when I see peers who fail drug tests go unpunished, while others are left to contend with the harshness of bullying on a daily basis.I implore parents and prospective students to look beyond the facade of Liberty Christian. While it may outwardly seem welcoming, the reality reveals a troubling absence of true Christian principles and support for mental health and emotional well-being. No one should have to endure the heartache of feeling bullied or unvalued. Every child deserves a nurturing, safe environment where they can thrive and receive real support. If you care at all about your child's mental health, I urge you to run away from this institution.
