The half bath is brand new and has a pocket door. This is a small amount of storage in the attic.
There is off-street parking and a driveway long enough for two cars. The backyard is fully fenced with a 6 ft wood fence. The backyard also has a garage that has been turned into a workshop and storage for bikes and other things. There is a lawn service that comes as needed to mow and edge. The front of the house has a lemon tree and lots of foliage for keeping cool in the summer. The front porch is set off the street, so it is private and a staple part of the home.
The Neighborhood:
Cherry Street is right in the center of Riverside/Avondale. If you walk 3/4 of a mile south, you get to the St John's River. You will walk past Willow Branch Park and the Willow Branch Library. Within a mile, you can reach Historic 5 Points, Park and King Street merchants, and the Shops of Avondale. We have lived here for 10 years and LOVE the area. It is walkable, the neighbors are friendly, and you can bike all over the place.

1 year lease. Renter pays all utilities (water, electric, internet, etc). There is a refundable pet fee. There is no smoking allowed on the property, and we ask that no chemicals are sprayed either. This rental comes with a yard service, but tenant(s) are responsible for keeping the front yard looking nice and any small branches away from the house.

    "I wouldn't call Riverside a "family" based side of town. It certainly can sire a family, but I wouldn't recommend the public schools here for kids. It's getting very crowded in Riverside, and I've lived here for over 20 years. However, if you're a young couple starting out, or in college with roomies, then it's very inviting, the night life is nice, plenty of hot spots, restaurants, shopping, live music etc. This side of town is for rich folk who's kids have moved out, or for young adults."
