Or you can enjoy a morning walk, an afternoon tennis game, an intense game of basketball or volleyball, or have a relaxing picnic while the neighborhood kids play at the splashpad and playground at the spacious and beautiful Creekside Park!
A detailed lease will be provided at signing for review, but we are looking for a couple or single adult, preferably without pets (but an indoor cat maybe allowed, absolutely no dog), is NON-smoking, and can sign a 1 year (12 months) lease.
Rent is $1,195 plus $150 for utilities (water, sewer, garbage, heating, and A/C), totaling a monthly fee of $1,345.
Security Deposit is the price of rent ($1,195) with a non-refundable carpet cleaning fee of $150. The tenant may be refunded a full $1,045 if the unit is left clean and without damage to either the apartment unit or the garage space. Tenant is responsible for their own internet/cable needs.
-- Tenant is NOT required to, but encouraged to, have renters insurance, and the tenant will be responsible for their own property loss or damages. For your safety and ours, the premises are monitored by a security monitoring system with cameras stationed around the property.
SCREENING:
Prospective tenants are required to fill out Zillow's screening and application. The tenant is responsible for any fees/charges by Zillow for the screening process. Screening is only done if you want to apply for consideration.
