Description

I am looking for 1 more roommate for a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath home that I own in South Austin/Buda. The home is located in Bluff Springs near Southpark Meadows, and is 20 minutes to downtown and 15 to Buda. Move-in date is on April 1st! You would be living with myself and one other person.

Availability:
-Primary upstairs bedroom with private bathroom, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet! ~12x15ft + 5x12ft closet, $1000/mo + utilities (water, trash, electricity)

About the House:
Located in the Vistas of Austin community. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, with some neighborhood parks and a pool. If you're a musician, there is also a band practice space in the living room you would be welcome to use. My other roommate has a black lab named Bruno, and unfortunately I am not taking in other pets at this time.

**Not Pictured** I'll be replacing most of the upstairs carpet with LVP flooring by the time you move in!

Appliances: Washer/Dryer, and stainless steel kitchen appliances (dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, fridge)
Amenities: Neighborhood pool access, fiber internet with ethernet connection in each room, huge living room TV, monthly lawn service

About me:
Me: I'm 29 years old, and currently work remotely. I come from an audio engineering/music background and play in a band outside of work. I am a bit of a homebody and usually have 5+ projects going on at any time, but still love to go out to see live music, eat locally, go to breweries and coffee shops, etc.

About you:
Must be someone who is easy going, drama free, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Must be courteous and respectful to myself as well as the house, and be able to help keep common areas clean. Preference will be given to a musician-friendly roommate! I currently hold band practices here and would like to continue doing so. I am an otherwise quiet roommate.

Utilities are for Gas, Water, Electric, and Trash. Rent and deposit are due at signing. $55 application fee, covers background check and credit report.
