Furnished Bedroom $850 | Beautiful South Austin Home

We're looking for one more female roommate who shares our values and appreciates both connection and personal space.

Currently, there are four of us living in the home, all at different stages of life. Two of us are in our 50s and live downstairs I work in the behavioral sciences field, and my roommate works as a medical assistant. Upstairs, where the available room is located, you'll share the space with a 27-year-old special education teaching assistant and a 22-year-old completing her internship at Tesla. The home's layout provides plenty of room and privacy for everyone.

 More Than Just a Bedroom.
 The upstairs is mainly for the roommates and includes a media loft with projector, work/study area, and a cozy dining nook perfect for coffee, tea, or a light meal. You'll also have full access to the spacious shared living room and dining area downstairs.

You'll Appreciate the Extra Privacy

Each tenant has dedicated pantry, laundry, and storage space, with the option to keep personal storage areas locked for added privacy.

 Bathroom The shower and toilet area is shared by the three tenants upstairs. The shower and toilet are in the same bathroom but are each separated by their own door, providing added privacy and convenience.

Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
