Looking for one female roommate who values kindness, cleanliness, healthy living, and a peaceful home.

We're four women at different stages of life, ranging from a UT student to working professionals. The home has a spacious layout that offers plenty of privacy, with two women downstairs and two upstairs.

 More Than Just a Bedroom

The furnished room is upstairs, where you'll also enjoy:

 Full access to the spacious downstairs living and dining areas

We're hoping to find someone who enjoys a friendly, respectful home while also appreciating her own personal space.

 You'll Appreciate the Extra Privacy

Dedicated pantry, laundry, and storage space for each tenant all with individual locks, including a large 3' x 6' personal storage cabinet and additional storage available in the garage.

 Bathroom

The shower and toilet area is shared by the three tenants upstairs. The shower and toilet are in the same bathroom but are each separated by their own door, providing added privacy and convenience.

Been more than 3 murders in the past 4 years within 5 min of this property and the crime type still has a presence here but that is what happens if you gentrify a area fast it takes time to change a whole area "

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive. They also dumpster dive very frequently, but for the most part, they are really nice and respectful."

It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
