Beautiful home which was recently renovated. Minutes from DT Folsom as well as Palladio Outdoor Mall. My kids grew up in this house and the public school linked to my house is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet and clean with very respectful neighbors.

The home is tri-level with formal living room at entry. The main area of the home is where the kitchen and formal dining room are located. The family room which leads to the backyard as well as 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and laundry are all at the bottom level. The upstairs will have the master bedroom/bathroom as well as two additional bedrooms with a shared full bathroom

The home also has a swimming pool.

This is really an ideal family home!

Tennant is responsible for water/sewage/garbage (~$150). gas & electric. Smoking is prohibited at this property. Small dogs are allowed below 20lbs ($300 non refundable deposit). First & Last month rent as well as security deposit is required at signing. Renters insurance is required.

    "I commute to shingle springs which is a quick 15 minutes. I dint have to get in a freeway but that is an option if needed. Neighborhood is clean, mostly quiet excel for occasional party. Most people pick up after their dogs there are the few exceptions. Kids are safe in the neighborhood & great schools. "

    "The commute to town town is pretty easy. There are some areas that bottle neck up but then opens up. People drive in the fast lane as if it is the slow lane. Big box cars and trailer drive in the fast lane. Basically no know how to drive on the freeway. People use the passing Fast lane as their slow lane. "

    "Busy!! The freeway has a lot of traffic coming from up the hill, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park and Placerville. There will be about 30,000 new homes built in Folsom. There is no way the freeway can handle that much traffic. It will be insane. "

    "I live and work in Folsom. I own an insurance agency here in town and I see very little claims come through my office. Parking is good except in old Folsom however if you like public transportation good luck with that one. "
