There are 6 spacious bedrooms, each with their own minisplit so you can control just how hot or cold you want your room to be. Three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, and three have full-sized. The apartment also includes a washer and dryer, high speed internet, a backyard, and a nice front porch. Completely renovated in 2014 and then refurbished in 2024, this is a great apartment for a great group of students!

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
