The master bedroom is in the back of the house with a private entrance to the pool area. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower and large separate tub. The kitchen has all like new stainless appliances and a nice sized walk in pantry. The adjacent dining area overlooks the pool area.

The pool area is totally screened and connects to a large overhang from the house to get out of the weather if its raining or hot. There is tons of room for patio furniture and grill setups.
