"I have lived in this neighborhood for the past 23 years and I love it. There is so much nearby from great restaurants, several nearby parks and a water park. Absolutely love hiking at the wetlands area which is in walking distance. There are also nearby athletic centers and Gyms. South Valley Ranch is very quiet neighborhood tucked away and I hidden gem. "

"I have lived here for 2 years and have been very happy with it. They have a very nice park and a dog park. Right across from the park there are bbq pitts and tables for those that want to have a nice dinner. Hopefully it will stay this family friendly."
