Fast food/1 Italian Restaurant--1 mile, Walmart/Vons--THREE miles. 5. Three county parks within SEVEN miles--pay per use. 6. Grade school within ONE mile. 7Adjacent property--.Multi-family rental of single family house. Adjacent property used to be used as child care center, FORTY vehicles trips/day. Used to have constant commercIal traffic due to illegal business operation in residential neighborhood. 8. Due to #7, vehicles parked in easement. 9 Several beer bars within five miles. 10.
