Minimum 1 year lease. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant (Electricity, Gas, Sewer, Water, Garbage). Every tenant over age 18 must fill out their own application and go through a Credit Check with American Apartment Owners Association which is $39.99. NO smoking of any kind on the property.     "Within walking distance of 2 parks and the elementary school. Great area for kids as the is hardly any traffic and is quiet. Hiking and dirt bike trails only minutes away. Nice clean neighborhood with friendly people!"

    "The views are lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. There are ample outdoor recreation events, and traffic is not bad at all. The area is very walkable except there isn't anything to walk to -- i.e. walking for exercise = excellent, whereas waling to get a quart of milk or cup of joe = ain't gonna happen. The downside is that the nearest stores, restaurants, etc are a minimum 18-20 mile round trip, and the neighborhood is full of California ex-pats who look down on the locals and don't get involved with the local events except to complain about them. "
