Clubhouse has a heated pool next to it, pool table, books and more. Activities include bingo and poker plus more. Saturday morning coffee at the clubhouse during winter. Must see. Wont last long. Friendly small park with about 70 homes.
This home comes with a transferable home warranty that covers all appliances, water heater, etc.
