At lease signing, a first month's rent of $925 and a security deposit of $925 are required. For the possibility of viewing the apartment in person, a credit check and a background check are required, which can only be accomplished by the Zillow application process. Pets are not allowed.

You can relax in the brick-paved courtyard by the fountain, and enjoy the sunsets from your bedroom. Thank you for your interest.
