This spacious and open two-story duplex in the heart of Santa Clara is very close to the Willamette River. Featuring 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, there is enough room for everyone. Laundry hookups are available in unit! The kitchen, living room and dining room have an open feel, and just outside of the sliding glass doors in the dining room, you'll find a deck for entertaining (or just relaxing) in your private, fenced backyard. Upstairs you will find all three bedrooms, including the master bedroom and bathroom, with a large walk-in closet. This is a must see!

Forced air/ heat. Two car garage with built in storage!

PETS: Owner approval required. Additional security deposit and rent is required. Pet must be at least 1 year old, spayed or neutered, and may not be any of the following breeds: Chow, American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrid, Presa Canario, or a mix of any listed breeds.

There is a 2 pet maximum at all properties. All pets must have a written reference from a previous landlord indicating they are well behaved and house trained. Individual properties may have additional restrictions or requirements for pets.

We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"
