A washer and dryer are included, along with an attached 2-car garage.

This is a one-year lease. One month's rent and security deposit are due on or before move-in. $10 monthly onboarding fee.

Tenants reimburse owner $95 monthly for Sewer and Trash. Tenants are responsible for setting up water, Electricity and Gas. Monthly gross income needs to be at least 3x monthly rent.

Up to two dogs over 1 year old are allowed with prior approval. There is a $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee and $500 refundable pet deposit per animal. No monthly pet rent!

Application screening and Background check is $45 per adult. Move-In Admin Fee is $75.

Resident Benefit Package is not required at this property. Proof of Renter's insurance is required.
