Admin isn’t helpful at all and doesn’t care about student or staff safety. Most of them are unable to communicate professionally. If you join later in the school year, good luck getting any help/support from them. You can ask them for support and they’ll give you nothing. Frequent fights and the students are just disrespectful, having no problem cussing you out, laying hands on you, and/or threatening you. (And admin will take months to transfer the student out if they threatened you too and try to transfer the student back into your class after they were removed because they laid hands on you).

I was a recent student of this school 3 years ago it wasn't the best school and wasn't the worst. Many of the students attending the school were very out of control. I am now finishing up 8 grade at desert Christian middle school and my parents told me I am much more behaved and taught well in desert Christian compared to jack Northrop.
