I get to look at the Dear, Turkey and occasional Coyote,from the backyard every day, and take a four minute walk to the American River when ever I want. Know that you can get a rattle snake in your yard though... The Bike Trail (Folsom to Down town and beyond, community/ rec. center across the street, and River, GREAT NEIGHBORS, close to hwy 50"
