Pets negotiable with approval; additional pet fee may apply. Due to the neighborhood's proximity between homes, pets can't be left unattended outdoors for long stretches if prone to barking, and amplified outdoor music isn't permitted. Quiet hours are 10pm 7am outdoors (within reason). This is a friendly neighborhood of mostly professors and local teachers with young families.
