Morgan County Schools are ranked in the Top 10 in the entire state of Georgia! This is the best school district in one of the most picturesque, highly sought after small towns in America!

1-2 pets are allowed with a small non-refundable pet deposit ($250 per pet)

A minimum 1-year lease will be required.

Renters responsible for all utilities, internet, cable, etc.

Renters responsible for maintaining lawn and landscaping.

Renters will pay bi-annual POA dues of $300, to be added to rent payment in January and July each year. ($600 total per year).

Refundable deposit equal to 1 month rent payment will be due at lease signing. This will only be refunded if interior and exterior of home is maintained as it is at the time of the renter's move in. This home was completely updated and new landscaping was added less than 2 years ago and has been meticulously cared for since - so this will be the expectation upon time of renters' move out (aside from reasonable wear and tear).

Up to 2 pets are allowed with a small non-refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. This is just for normal wear and tear from pets.

Absolutely NO smoking of any kind on this property.

POA doesn't allow boats, campers, etc. to be parked in driveway and no street parking is allowed overnight.
