    "Super lovely up-scale neighborhood. Traffic moves a bit slowly during rush hour , but manageable. Easy access to Hwy 36 which leads easily to the belt loop of the twin cities-/ 494 to 695 . Close to MiA airport, university hospitals and shopping. Nice place to live. "
