This home is being repainted since tenants have just moved out. It is zoned for some excellent schools: Bob Sikes Elementary School, Davidson Middle and of course Crestview High School. It is located off Old Bethel Road app. 1 mile from Winn Dixie. If you are traveling from south 85 you can bypass all the lights and traffic in Crestview if you take Antioch Road to Rt 90.

Available for occupancy on March 1,2023. Good pets will be considered/ no aggressive breeds please.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
