"The square can get dangerous at night and so can Palmer Park. It’s a wonderful area to raise a family though."
  • Nmarzok0629
"There is a lot of traffic and speeding drivers on all the streets surrounding my neighborhood especially in my residential area "
  • Dean H.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for nearly 6 months, and it’s very safe, very quiet, and pretty boring. But honestly, it’s a family friendly area, and I love that."
  • Dynomysus
"Ample parking, quiet neighborhood with easy access to east side “cool” spots. It’s called the “Hidden Jewel” for a reason. "
  • holidaymaker
"I was fortunate enough to spend some time in the Adams Hill area of Glendale while visiting from Canada, and indeed was a guest in this very house. It's cosy and inviting, and with spectacular mountain views. I enjoy a bit of a work-out when I walk and found the surrounding neighbourhood with its winding, hilly roads a perfect blend of strenuous and interesting. Lucky is the successful applicant who gets to live here for a while!"
  • Mbwd
"Great for families. Beautiful older homes with nice lots. Also many bungalow smaller homes. Well kept area, but not stuffy. Not good for Silver Lake hipster dufi (plural of dufuses). "
