This is a beautiful, artistic home that feels like a cozy haven from from busy life. It is so serene and peaceful. It is built mostly with wood from the land, and has natural plaster walls and lots of windows and natural lighting. It has designer tile and concrete, and wood flooring. It has radiant heating throughout the house so the floors are always warm and the house it evenly heated (no cold spots!). It sits on 20 acres of land that is private, peaceful and full of wildlife. There is a river on the back side of the property, along with a crystal clear swimming pond, wood fired steam sauna. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a brick pizza oven, fire-pit and outdoor heaters. There are walking/cross-country ski trails right outside your door. It is a very special home that has features that feel like a retreat center.
We are renting out our beautiful home, fully furnished, while we are away for the Winter and Spring. This house and land are truly amazing! This is good for a short-term, 5-7 month rental ONLY. You pay only propane, WE pay ALL other fees and utilities: electric, phone and internet, plowing, etc. There are so many special features on the land you will feel like you are at a retreat center!
