I am an easygoing, friendly roommate seeking a like-minded tenant, with optional periodic cleaning available if desired. Note that I'll be taking care of a very friendly dog for around 2 weeks throughout April - home will be pet free after this.

No smoking inside, no parties unless authorized prior, responsible for 40% of utilities, guest may stay overnight for no more than 7 days per month. Short term lease 3-9 months preferred!

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
