My name is Dan, and I'm looking for roommates for my 3 bedroom 1.75 bathroom apartment. There are currently two bedrooms available, and I'm doing rent by the room for the two available bedrooms. The bedrooms are private, but the rest of the unit is shared. The unit is the ground floor apartment of an up-down duplex. The home itself it set back from the street with a long driveway, and the lot is private as it is adjacent to state land. The unit features a living room, kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, and three bedrooms. There is one full bathroom and an additional .75 bath. There is in-unit laundry (no quarters!) as well as a fenced in back yard.
Landlord pays electric/heat, water, sewer, garbage, and recycling. Tenant pays internet, phone, and any other utilities.
No smokers.

It looks like the rating of the school went from a 7/10 to 4/10 and it serves as a reminder that every school needs to be evaluated by the parents using more than a metric created by a website. There are a fair amount of kids in a language immersion program at this school, and while they might show as slightly behind other kids in English only programs, there are unrivaled cognitive benefits to young children learning another language early in their life.
