Cute and quaint little cottage centrally located in Anchorage. Washer and dryer in unit with new dishwasher and refrigerator. Fully furnished with the second bedroom optional as an office space, exercise room, pet room, etc. Large fenced in backyard and front yard with a garden, mature lilac bushes and a large raspberry patch out back. There are garden beds already made out back as well. Under 15 minute drive to all three major hospitals in the area. I am looking to sublease the house for 3-6 months maximum.

Utilities included in monthly rent including internet. Fully furnished with some things changing when current tenant moves out. I am looking for someone to sublease for 3-6 months maximum. Available starting April 1st. Maximum number of pets is 2. Non smoking household with no tobacco smoked on the property please. Marijuana smoking outside of the house is fine but no tobacco. Owner has asthma and with this being a furnished house, the tenant cannot be someone that smokes tobacco regularly. Regular tobacco smoking will lead to early termination of lease. On street parking.

    "It’s a more affordable area to live and it’s close to downtown. There are problem areas in the neighborhood, certain streets are not safe. I moved away after being mugged outside the grocery store. "

    "I have lived in this community for 40 years. The people that live here are for the most part decent and hard working and the neighborhood has an active community council where residents can get involved or have their voices heard. The community has a mix of people from every walk of life and is one of the most diverse in Anchorage. There are areas of concern surrounding some parts of the neighborhood where social service agencies provide services and undesirable negative externalities remain unmitigated. Yet in those areas a person can still feel safe however although I wouldn't want to own a home or business adjacent. These areas that are challenging and the others this community face are not insurmountable. The neighborhood has easy access to parks, trails, sports complexes as well as venues for concerts, sporting events and other cultural attractions. Someone looking for a place to live and grow with a community and make a difference in the world would do well to consider Fairview. The future of Anchorage passes through Fairview."

    "The blocks around the elementary school are lovey, relatively safe and nice views of mountains. I never leave anything valuable in my car and don’t go walking after 10:30p. "
