"Yuba is a great place to live. All the amenities of a big city without the crime. Neighbors are friendly. "
  • Trulia User
"We live on the locally famous Christmas street. The first half of the neighborhood loves to lavishly decorate for the holiday. Lots of people come to the neighborhood for the season. "
  • Trulia User
"My neighborhood is busy during the holidays, but otherwise is rather peaceful. We do live right by the high school though and that tends to back up when school starts and finishes. It’s not smart to leave around those times, otherwise the traffic is fine. "
  • Theresa N.
"The schools are horrible here. lots of crime ad far as bikes, scooters, all the way up to vandalism, cars stolen all the time. "
  • Mama D.
"There are no parks in the Walnut Park area. it's misleading! traffic is increasing but still not too bad "
  • Vickie L. B.
"Don't allow your kids out at night because drivers don't do the speed limit. They drive however fast they want "
  • Vickie L. B.
"Dog owners not picking up after their pets. Take them to the park because there are plenty of trash cans to throw away their poop instead of leaving it in my apartments grass area."
  • Vickie L. B.
"It's an ok place but I'll be moving next year. You get what you pay for. Rent going up...really much not being done for it."
  • Syvaniah P.
"A lot of dog owners walk their dogs without a leash. It can be dangerous for drivers, other dogs, and people/children."
  • Vickie L. B.
"I live near the firehouse and police substation. There's Little Caesar's nearby, and a Mexican Restaurant."
  • Raynear G.
"People keep there dogs on leashes and there’s never been an incident where someone has been bitten "
  • Crochetheather

  • Chieko T.
"We lived here for 25+ years. It’s very safe, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. People walking, take dogs for walk, kids riding bike. But yet, just few streets to get to Main Street of town with variety of retail stores to shop. I wish I could live in a neighborhood like this forever. "
  • Vickie L. B.
"The eight apartment's where I live - we watch out for each other...kind of like our mini neighborhood watch."
  • Chieko T
"I see people walking their dogs all the time. Great manners, no problem in our area. I think it is a welcoming neighbor for dog owners. "
