About this House

This is a modern looking house but it is not completed inside yet. Looks fine outside, but only 3 very big rooms inside, no plumbing or bedroom walls, but ready for non-structural walls, sheetrock, more electrical outlets, etc. It has many double pane windows. I am looking for a contractor or handyman or farmer who would finish construction and keep the 300 date trees alive. Rent can be paid by just watering the trees and doing minor repairs. There is also another house that needs a new roof and fixtures that were stolen by vandals. It is in the desert with a few nice neighbors. About 5 miles to the town. It is in the 10200 block of High Road, Lucerne Valley 92356. A few blocks from Hwy. 18. Call for exact address.

Eventually Utilities will be provided. Well is 150 to water top; need electricity connected again or will go solar. Best to live in a tent, RV, mobile home, etc. as we build out the property and care for the orchard.

"Lucerne Valley offers nice quiet, small town living. There are several parks in this town as well as local market and community and senior centers as well as being centrally located beneath the big bear and close to Apple Valley and Victorville."

"large lots, fresh air, and living in a very quiet neighborhood. the bad thing about living here I guess I would have to say would be there are very many stay dogs and an occasional wild preditor in the area. "
  • Mexymommy4
"My neighborhood is very secluded very quiet and dark. I could see the stars. I have a beautiful view of the mountains. It gets very hot in the summer, usually in the 90's to low 100's. In the winter it can get as low as high 20' low 20's at night. "
  • Paulm1026
