It is conveniently located near Footprint Center, Chase Field, The Arizona Center, Phoenix Convention Center, Roosevelt Row and is less than 10 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. This unique home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for your stay. The living area has a smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights, and each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added convenience.
There is a private outdoor patio area where you can unwind and soak up the atmosphere. You'll enjoy stunning city downtown views and planes landing at the nearby Sky Harbor Airport, creating a picturesque view for your stay. Additionally, the shared space offers has a misting system to cool it down with comfortable seating under the Gazebo and a bba grill area perfect for enjoying the outdoors. This home also has a misting system in the private backyard area!
Guest access
There are 2 homes on one lot. The front unit A is also used as a rental so please be mindful during your stay. Guests will have full access to the back home (Unit B) and that home's outdoor deck in the back. They will have a shared outdoor space including the Gazebo and a bbq grill. Guests will NOT have access to the front home (Unit A), the locked basement and a locked interior cleaners closet. Don't worry there will be plenty of privacy and room for all of your items!
There is separate parking available for each home (2 spots allotted to you!) and street parking.
