"Everyone has seemed friendly and approachable even during these trying times. There are a ton of children in the neighborhood where we're staying. This makes for a happy place. However, these days you still have to remain vigilant and watch your children closely because it just takes a second and there could be a lifetime of regrets. "

"Very dog friendly, numerous people walking their dogs at morning and evening. Though not uncommon to see dogs walked without a leash if that bothers you. Owners tend to pick up their pets waste as well. "
