Maintenance and Repairs: The landlord shall be responsible for maintaining the premises in a habitable condition. The tenant agrees to promptly report any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the landlord. The tenant shall be responsible for minor repairs resulting from their negligence or misuse.
Termination: Either party may terminate this lease agreement by providing a written notice of 30 days prior to the intended termination date. The tenant agrees to return the premises in a clean and undamaged condition upon termination.
