The home has a large back yard with a pool (Hot-tub is not active at the moment), WiFi, parking garage, and extra free parking in front of the property. minutes away from lots of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby.

The home has lots of space to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with tiled floors throughout. We welcome you to cook and dine in our spacious custom built kitchen features new appliances and fully equipped cabinets. It's big enough to make cooking fun and let everyone help out :)

The house has central A/C and fans throughout.
We have a keyless entry code system, so no need to worry about check-in time nor about losing keys.

There are 2 large smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom. The layout is open space, so no longer feel left out when you're the chef; cook and entertain your guests at the same time.

Feel free to relax on the fantastically comfortable new furniture, and last but not least, enjoy your natural surroundings in our dreamy, large back yard complete with patio, gorgeous pool, and beautiful lounging area

Bedrooms layout:
Master bedroom - 1 King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub
Bedroom # 2 - 1 Queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds
Bedroom #3 - 1 Queen bed
Bedroom #4 - 1 twin over twin bunk beds + 1 twin over full bunk beds

We have a Washer/Dryer, Iron & Ironing Board, Crib with mattress, and high chair available.
The bathrooms have shampoo/body wash/conditioner, hairdryer, and are equipped with plenty of extra towels.

Please be advised we have 2 security cameras in the front and on the garage door facing outside of the property for security purposes. There are no other cameras anywhere else on the property whatsoever.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property.

* Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electricity, $100 for water and gas) including internet.
* Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street.
* Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months.
* Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages.
* No parties or events allowed.
* Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied.
* Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
