This 642 sf unit has wood laminate floors and dark granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer included for your use. Central heat and air + ceiling fan. Amenities include valet trash service, use of pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, gym, business center, grilling and picnic areas, etc. Water and trash are included in the rent.

$1395 Security deposit and $1395 1st month rent due in full to sign lease. We reserve the right to also require a last month rent. There are two application processes: once approved by us, you must also apply with and be approved by the condo association. It is our company policy to only accept one application at a time.

Small pet considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds. This is a no smoking and no vaping unit, and we mean it. Warning, property manager will file eviction for smoking or vaping inside the condo.

After first driving by the property, please call 727-733-RENT(7368) M-F 9am-6:30pm, Sat 10am-3pm for more information or to schedule a showing. No texting to this number. Please be patient, we try very hard to call everyone back, but call volumes are huge this time of year. Unit is still occupied, so please no trespassing!

    "The neighborhood is pretty and Walter Fuller park is beautiful and huge… but you’ll likely find the neighbors from the multiple crackhouses sleeping on the tables and benches of you go before 9am. I’ve been yelled at and creeped on while waking the dog or when the kids are with me so I tend to avoid it that early unless I’m with a friend. Also there’s usually multiple police cars and surveillance vans parked all along 28th street, I’ve seen a few raids but the crack house is going strong. "
