About this House

This is a sweet 0ne-bedroom with a detached garage. It is located between Central and Warren Avenue in the historic Avenues Area of Cheyenne. This is an extremely nice area of town; close to downtown, a short two blocks from our amazing Lions' Park, and also about a 3-minute drive to FE Warren A.F.B. The floors are hardwood throughout, other than the bathroom which has ceramic tile. The kitchen has updated Schroll cabinets, space for a table, and appliances (gas stove, standard fridge, and dishwasher). The bathroom has a tub and shower and tile walls as well as the floor. There are new energy efficient windows throughout, and fans in the living room and bedroom. The laundry is coin-op and is shared with the 2 other apartments in the building.
The photos were taken while still occupied. The apartment is not furnished.

No Pets, (no exceptions). No smoking please. sorry, but we don't accept Section 8.

Owner pays water, sewer, and sanitation. Tenant pays gas and electric (normally less than $100/month. The lease is for 6 months, then converts to month-to-month.
